This training manual is developed to assist capacity builders in developing training and educational programmes on the use of IWRM tools and instruments for adaptation to climate change impacts. The material is intended to increase the understanding of climate change impacts and what can be done now. Improving the way we manage water resources now will help us adapt in the future. Developed in partnership between Cap-Net, WMO/APFM, UNESCO-IHE, REDICA and Rhama, the format and contents of the manual can be adapted and as such it could be used for short courses, educational programmes and awareness campaign.
